The hotel is very close to the central station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms, although a bit small, feature a balcony and bath tub with a nice mountain view. The service, especially from Lorenzo, was amazing with helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent for exploring Florence and easy access to the cathedral. The dining experience was decent but lacked options for vegetarians. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
